Property Tax for New ULBs

The Commissioner of C&DMA after a detailed system study with NIC, the department prioritized the applications to be automated for Newly formed Municipalities. The application areas are Birth & Death Registrations, Property Tax Assessment, Demand Collections. The applications were developed and implemented in newly formed 64 Nagara Panchayats identified by the Department. The Software is web enabled and hosted on NIC/SDC Central servers.

An MIS portal of New ULBs is launched to enable middle and top management to monitor and follow up.
